Holden in all his soccer glory!

Go Holden, Go!!!! Score a goal! Holden has so much fun at soccer practice and they always have a game for the last 20 minutes of practice time. At the end he came running over and said "Mom, guess what?.... I LOVE soccer!" He's also quite social as you can see in the top picture. Everyone is his friend!

HOLDEN'S FIRST DAY OF 4-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL WAS YESTERDAY...

He was smiling like a goof ball, so I told him not to make faces, and this is what he gave me! Believe me, he wasn't sad at all! He was like a wild man - he could hardly wait to start school and didn't even want to say 'bye to me! :) He had a great day and "learned a lot of stuff" according to him...

Strolling the streets of Lake Placid...

We had a good time meandering through the town of Lake Placid even though it was cold and rainy. The boys enjoyed all the walking and we got hot chocolate at Starbuck's to keep us warm...

The boys as usual...acting like wild and crazy kids--even while dressed up! Boys will be boys I suppose!

Sunday afternoon, the boys found this butterfly with a hurt wing. It could fly a little bit, but not very well. They thought it was so awesome to be able to hold it on their fingers...Holden kept saying "It tickles".

Den...you better listen to what Gram has to say...She usually knows what she's talking about!

Even though the weather didn't really cooperate, we had a lot of fun and lots of good food provided by Uncle Tim and Aunt Connie--They did a great job and we all thank them for all their hard work!

Den is instructing Uncle Earl on the intricacies of moped riding "Go that way and be careful on the stones; they're slippery".

Brady had so much room to ride he didn't know where to go next!

Anxiously waiting for the bus...Brady was ready for school 4 hours before it was time to start, since today was a half day and didn't start till 11.
